[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10734: Admin Panel should display number of INT objects used on a page

This is a SVN patch request.

Type: Feature

Problem:
The admin panel can be very helpful to identify slow websites
(parsetime, no_cache, fe_groups, etc.). However, it does not indicate
whether or not a page is using non-cached (INT) objects on a page.

Solution:
Add new line to info section that indicates that number.

Branches: Trunk only
