Ah drag & drop. For a while I wondered what Dungeons & Dragons was doing 
here ;-)

Yes. And now I see the problem with merging the recycler page type with 
Julian's recycler. When a page id moved to a recycler page, that page 
becomes its parent page. So we would have to keep track of the original 
pid of the page to restore it... This makes it maybe a bit too 
complicated, although I still think it would be great in terms of usability.
