[TYPO3-core] RFC: #0010573: CSH external Links in seeAlso not working

Hi.

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
According to the CSH section of "Inside TYPO3", one can set external
links in the seeAlso type-key of CSH.
Syntax is: TEXT | http://URL [^]

External links are not rendered. Links to table columns work. This is
because external link items break when items get separated.

Solution:
Remove vert.line | from item separation.

Additional information:
IMHO a no-brainer.
Two patches appended, because syntax changed after 4.2
