[TYPO3-core] RFC #10523: New install tool colors, matching t3skin

Hi Susanne,

good work, patch v3 works now with IE and FF3, but unfortunately not
with Opera and Google Chrome. Just add "max-width: 300px;" to
".phpinfo .v {}" in install.css to get it working as expected in all
browsers.

After applying this change, +1 after reading and testing ;-)
