[TYPO3-core] RFC Bug #11311: PHP casting causes workspace message to appear in Web->View

Problem:
Workspace-indicator appears in Web->View, despite having no workspaces or seeing 
the default workspace.

Reason:
Actually unknown, I have the impression it's casting related, or a real php 
5.2.9 bug.

Solution:
Change all related comparisons to type-safe ===, should be a naive no-brainer 
without side-effects, all assignments are integer. Also someone already did that 
in "fetch_the_id()", maybe for the same reason.
