i consider it as raise of usability. Popup windows are not that 
userfriendly, many problems with popup blockers etc. Mostly the space is 
enough to put it beside the element yo ask help for. You don't loose 
focus of your view, windows will be closed when load another view etc.

I will bring this to HCI for further discussion.
