[TYPO3-core] RFC Bug #11009: External Links get prepended with http://typo3 in the RTEhtmlarea in Firefox 3.0.11/3.5b4

Thanks Franz and Niels for reporting this issue. Since this fix was one 
of the reasons for pushing out version 4.2.7 we are going to wait until 
this is fixed completely.

I sent a mail to Stanislas asking for his investigation. If anyone else 
likes to take a look at it, feel free to do that.
