[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #9935: htmlArea RTE: enableWordClean on paste does not work when hidden button is not in toolbar

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
If hidden button "cleanword" is not present in the showButtons and/or 
the toolbarOrder Page TSConfig properties, the enableWordClean feature 
is not enabled.

Solution:
Make sure the hidden button is added by the configuration scripts.
