[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #8991: IRRE - Sorting icons of inline records are in wrong order

The following changes were committed to SVN:
* TYPO3_4-2 (rev. 4700)
* Trunk (rev. 4701)

Problem:
When loading a TCEforms with IRRE child elements, the sorting icons are
not shown correctly - the first element has a "sort up" and the last one
has a "sort down" what does not make sense.

Solution:
Fix the assignment of the first and last uids of child elements. The
structure changed a bit during 4.2 development and this part was forgotten.
