my idea was if someone wants a custom css he can suppress default css, 
but this will be a seldom special case.

same as above, if custom theme will be used. Default is the grey which 
fits best to t3skin.

As Dmitry said there should be the possibility to override it with 
TBE_STYLES, but this is an extra issue.
