[TYPO3-core] FYI: Added feature #10428: htmlArea RTE: Remove configuration variables related to Mozilla clipboard access

Problem:
Remove two extension configuration variables related to Mozilla 
clipboard access as they are not really useful.

Also, changes to the default url to Allow Clipboard Helper Firefox 
extension could go unnoticed.

Solution:
The url to the Allow Clipboard Helper Firefox extension will be hardcoded.

However, in order to be able to work around any problem that may arise 
with the Firefox extension, the url may still be overridden in Page 
TSConfig with property:
RTE.default.buttons.paste.mozillaAllowClipboardUrl = url

As a side effect, this change fixes issue #8533. Update to the url 
variable by the Extension Manager was sometimes causing a buggy line in 
localconf.php.
