Hi Steffen,

can you investigate this, please?

It may be that $onChangeIcon was added by mistake, but it also be that
it is needed and should have been added in the first part of the patch.

Find attached your changesets for TYPO3_4-1 and (to compare with) TYPO3_4-2.
