Hey Steffen,

the new content element wizard is named

   mod.wizards.newContentElements

so, this patch should either be

   mod.wizards.newRecords

or the other one should be changed to

   mod.wizards.newContentElement


I'd prefer the latter, which could be easily done as a followup to your 
commit earlier today.
