[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #10353: htmlArea RTE: Colouring features should check if style attribute is allowed

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Colouring extensions should be enabled only if the use of the style 
attribute is allowed in the RTE EM configuration.

Solution:
Let the extensions check if the EM variable is set.
