[TYPO3-core] RFC: #12909: Cleanup alt_intro and remove "You are logged in as user .."

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
As a cleanup it would be nice to get rid of the ugly <hr /> and remove
the message "You are logged in as user <username>, <emailaddress>" at
the bottom of alt_intro.php because the username is written in the top
corner anyway

Solution:
Just remove it
