[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10853: [Feature] New Multimedia CE

Hi,

may be it sound hard what i wrote, but it was a bit expression of 
desperation, also the incredible count of other open RFCs.

Sure, this patch is big, but any resonance shows that it's welcome for 
anything. Also some small annotations help like:
* installed, but doesn't worked with this file...
* i don't like how you configure
* tested, works
etc

Any progress helps to get such large thing handled, as you see there is 
now #13 and i'm sure some more updates will follow.

Please also look to the manual i wrote (in BT) - it describes all the 
features so you get a picture what and how this patch does.

(and for sure i don't stop, my love to TYPO3 is too big)
