[TYPO3-core] RFC #10711: Code cleanup: Move indexed_search tca labels to locallang

Problem:
Some TCA-Labels of the index search configuration record are not 
translateable.

Solution:
Write this labels to the local lang file.

Notes:
Additional type: nobrainer :)

PS: I dont have the permissions in the bugtracker to modify this ticket 
to set the "Has patch"-Flag or to assign this ticket to me.
