Problem:
With Firefox 3.0.9, style sheets fail to be loaded in some dialogue 
windows, such as table operations ans colour dialogues. Apparently, this 
is doctype issue for Firefox. The dialogue windows are generated without 
any doctype. Firefox then prepends the url of the css file with a chrome 
scheme and the css file reference becomes invalid.

The issue exists in TYPO3 4.2.
The issue does not exist in trunk.

Solution:
The attached patch fixes the issue in TYPO3 4.2 by backporting the 
solution already implemented in trunk.
