yes, i like to have source in svn. We should create an extra folder 
which is excluded for releases to put sources in.

In case of flash no project- or make-file is needed. The source of 
player is a fla file which only is a container for the visuals, all 
logic is in an external as-file (Actionscript 2) which is included by 
fla. So changing logic is simple even for non-flashers.
