[TYPO3-core] RFC #10639: Integration of mass file uploader

Hey all,

thanks for the feedback. I will be working on a new version taking most 
of your comments into account:

  * Better UI when uploading a lot of files, better canceling mechanism
  * Graceful degradation when no flash is available
  * fixing fileextensions bug (thanks Dan Osipov)

I'd put the activation through filelist clickmenu and the extraction of 
the localization in the next phase of the patch. is that ok?
