[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10892: Make it possible to style a hover color for pagetree items

After a little discussion with benni we thought that a span with a class might be less dangerous for other skins, so the 
link stuff is now wrapped in a span.linkItem.

Attached is v2 of the patch.
