[TYPO3-core] RFC #10331: Bug: linkHandler different than "record" leads to rteerror

Hi,

battery of my keyboard is low, sry, i post the text again:

some remarks:

the keyword "record" isn't used by core, it's used if you register a 
linkhandler for "record".
Only one extension can register for one keyword because it's unique (no 
array).
The reason why "record" is hardcoded is because linkhandler extension 
from AOE Media register keyword "record" and there was the
problem with the the yellow box in RTE.

Now it's time to find a generic solution for any registered keyword. For
this reason i gathered all registered keywords and compare with them.
