[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10822: enableFields is missing a hook to manipulate the generated clause

Hi guys,

actually, Masi is right, because possibly other extensions were using
the hook, that was originally created for my extension...

So calling both, the new and the old one, sounds like the best way.
