[TYPO3-core] RFC: #10822: enableFields is missing a hook to manipulate the generated clause

Hi,

as there is a comment that this hook is done for an ext of Ingmar, I 
asked him and he told me the ext is obsolete since a long time.

anyway I guess i will do it as you said and added a new version
