I don't see from your patch how it delivers a reason for the error.... 
It just says "Reason: ..." Please make this more explaining, I guess the 
teachers in your school tought you how to speak in sentences instead of 
throwing single words at somebody ;)

Something like: The reason for A is that .... xy and probably z happened 
and caused this and that...
