[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed issue #9429: HTMLArea RTE: Cleanup unused files

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Feature/Cleanup

Problem:
Since the restructuring of the RTE for TYPO3 4.2, some files have become 
obsolete and should be deleted.

Solution:
The attached patch deletes the obsolete files and any references to 
them. Some locallang.xml files that are not used anymore need to be 
retained however in order to maintain the translation of past versions 
on the translation server.
