Yes. There are old threads (with Tapio Markula) what the user setup
would need. I think he has added some/all of the stuff into his
extension. What I recall was that the admin may hide fields and that
fields wich are overridden by TS are rendered read-only (if not hidden
completely).

But I think it won't be TCEforms. Probably the constants editor or the
extension configuration will be the example for rendering/configuration
due to the nature of the setup.

The task center is no fun either. Poor functionality and I don't like
the UI.
