[TYPO3-core] RFC: #9320: Bugfix for temporary Filemounts

perhaps things in trunk work entirely different than in 4.2, so if a 
patch is not applicable for 4.2 automatically it can only be tested by 
people who know how to apply the none working hunks manually.
@Steffen: I will be very grateful if you build a patch against 4.2
