[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #9339: htmlArea RTE: Enable resizing of acronym dialogue window in IE

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Resizing of the acronym dialogue window in IE was disabled, because it 
did not resize correctly.

Solution:
The attached patch assigns the id "content" to the form contained in the 
window. This will allow to resize the window correctly, because resizing 
based on the size of this element gives better results in all browsers.
