[TYPO3-core] RFC: #9320: Bugfix for temporary Filemounts

Hi Steffen, hi Stan,

I just tried to apply the patch to revision 4099 of 4.2 and my tortoise 
complains that the patch seems to be outdated for the following files:
class.browse_links.php
class.tx_rtehtmlarea_browse_links.php
class.tx_rtehtmlarea_select_image.php

Perhaps it needs to different patches for 4.2 and 4.3?
