Description:
In felogin substituteMarkerArrayCached is called with uninitialized vars 
which can lead to PHP-error:
Catchable fatal error: Argument 3 passed to 
tslib_cObj::substituteMarkerArrayCached() must be an array

Solution:
Initialize vars

IMHO a no-brainer
