This is an SVN patch request.

Description:
ATM it is not possible to disable the versioning or the "more options" 
in context menu with user ts config, all other items can be disabled.

Solution:
Made it possible to disable these items with
options.contextMenu.pageTree.disableItems = versioning,moreoptions

Fix was already there, I just applied it to current trunk.
