This feature is related to
RFC #9262: Feature: Adding counting classes to table rows/columns in RTE

When this feature is used, classes are assigned to rows and/or columns 
using schemes such as tr-count-number or td-count-number where the 
number is the rank of the row or column. adding tr-count-* and/or 
td-count-* is then a shorthand for allowing all such classes.
