I think Ingo's comment is justified here. Although RTE-related, the 
patch applied to CSS Styled Content and not to the RTE.

There were two positives votes from reviewing and testing in the list. I 
must apologize for reaching conclusion too quickly and forgetting about 
the other aspect of the rule.
