Actually, what Ingo wanted to say with his message was not that it did 
not want to include it in the next release (of course, I never thought 
this) but simply that in order for a patch to be committed to 
subversion, and as such included in the next release, you have to gather 
so called "+1" for reviews of your patch. This is explained on the 
website but perhaps not obviously for "newcomers".
