[TYPO3-core] anything missing for TYPO3 4.2.3?

Addition: It seems that some part is in the version 4.2.2 but it only works 
partly. There's different behaviour when clicking on delete on the popup 
menu than clicking on the garbage bin. Clicking on the garbage bin gives 
the old message.

My patched 4.2.1 works on both methods.

I'll look into it tomorrow on bugday.
