[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #5019: htmlARea RTE hangs while editing link in Firefox

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
When editing a link in Firefox, especially when doing rapidly, the RTE 
script may hang and the browser may report that a script is busy and may 
not respond anymore, and asks if you want to stop the script.

Firefox event processing gets wild when trying to detect an url inside 
an <a> element.

Solution:
Do not try to auto-detect an url while already editing an <a> element.
