[TYPO3-core] RFC: #9574: Configuration enhancement for indexed_search

Hi,

as the css-template has 3 new sections they are needed in the 
table-based template as well.

Before doing this i would like to ask if we can drop the table-based 
template as table-based websites are no longer used nowadays.
