[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #9472: htmlArea RTE: Safari may crash when the RTE closes

FYI: The attached follow up patch was committed (trunk revision 4284 and 
branch TYPO3_4-2 revision 4283).

The previous patch was erroneous. One of the side effects was the 
erratic behaviour of the context menu, but there could be others. After 
this follow up patch, side effects, if any, should be limited to Safari.
