[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #9472: htmlArea RTE: Safari may crash when the RTE closes

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Safari crashes when the RTE closes if certain dialogue windows were 
opened during the authoring session.

Solution:
Safari generates a non-catchable error and crashes when attempting to 
remove some events from orphan windows or frames. The attached patch 
works around the issue, leaving the events unreleased.
