[TYPO3-core] RFC: #9849: edit-wideDocument was removed, bring it back

Hey Steffen,

when I removed the edit_wideDocument option, I thought that we could 
introduce the wideDocument for everything at a later stage, as 
everything is getting wide-screen anyway, and the "wide version" is not 
really *that* wide (and thus, usable for regular monitors as well).

So, what do you think?
