[TYPO3-core] RFC: #9849: edit-wideDocument was removed, bring it back

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

This option was unfortunally dropped with 4.2, this patch brings the 
option back

$BE_USER->uc['edit_wideDocument']
used for Forms (TCEforms) and other sections in BE to make them wider.
