[TYPO3-core] RFC: #9052: [feature] Remove JS popup when login expired

Hi,

i added Logout-Buttons to both forms, fixed little CGL issues in 
ExtJS-part and fixed little naming stuff in labels:
refresh_logout_logout_button => refresh_logout_button

I'm not finished with review, but code looks good so far. Looking 
forward :-)
