[TYPO3-core] FYI: Issues related to 4.x must be in Mantis - bugs.typo3.org

Hi all,

as all issues on this list concern TYPO3 4.x all issues must also be in 
Mantis at bugs.typo3.org.

The reason for this is simple: We will get conflicting issue numbers.

For example: the recent issues concerning HCI had the numbers 609 and 
610. These issues of course already exist on bugs.typo3.org, too. These 
have also been fixed already and would now cause confusion when being 
fixed "a second time" in the changelog.

Apart from that issues would not be tracked by the roadmap, changelog, 
and statistics features on bugs.typo3.org
