A definite improvement. I just have a problem with the placement of the 
CSH. The way it is placed it covers the help icons just below (see 
attached screenshot), which makes it impossible to just go down over the 
help icons from top to bottom, which you would do if you were exploring 
all the options.

I would shift the help to the left a bit more, so that the help icons 
stay visible.

Given that change, I'm +1 on reading and testing.
