[TYPO3-core] RFC: #7839: Linking between domains in the pagetree with checkRootline does not work with menus

Problem: linking across domains works in normal links but does not work with menu and shortcut pages.

Solution: menu use linkData instead of typoLink, which is not enough. I made a minimal change to code to convert a call to linkData to typoLink. Shortcuts must be resolved if they belong to a different domain.

This patch is tested at one installation (I am not sure if I can disclose where).
