[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7769: htmlArea RTE: Missing default class for tables

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
buttons.table.properties.tableClass.defaultValue is not honoured. A 
usability issue for both authors and admins as it is the only 
significant table property for which the defaultValue is not honoured.

Solution:
Set the default in the table class selector on table creation.
