[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7944: htmlArea RTE: Configuration of mutually exclusive classes in very error prone

Problem:
Classes referred to by TSConfig array RTE.mutuallyExclusiveClasses must 
be defined in array RTE.classes, otherwise the configuration is silently 
broken. But the constraint is not really necessary.

Also, spaces in a list of mutually exclusive classes result in incorrect 
configuration.

Solution:
Process both arrays separately and trim spaces.
