[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7934: HTMLArea RTE block style and text style may present disallowed classes

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Classes with names contained in the names of allowed classes may be 
presented as allowed classes.

Solution:
Use regular expressions in place of indexOf().
