[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug: Field sys_template.include_static_file limited to 20 items

The following changes were committed to SVN TYPO3_4-2 (rev. 3470)

Problem:
The field sys_template.include_static_file (use to include statics from 
extensions) is limited to 20 items.

Solution:
Set the limit to a higher value: 100

Comments:
The field in the database is of data type "TEXT" - just FYI.
